This pull request changes the following:

Makefile: Change -O0 by -Os, to leave the most optimisations.
src/file_cache_row.cpp: Adds #include <cmath> and replace return 8 + **ceil** by return 8 + **std::ceil**, in order to compile under newer versions of GCC.
