Hi,

For a custom project of mine, I need to be able to set a custom date when committing.

This PR:

[x] Add a custom test with a commit having a custom date
[x] Implement the feature

I see, awesome, thanks also for writing a test! To fix the last check, you could run composer run fix-cs if you want, otherwise I will do it and merge tomorrow.
