What ❔

Add data fetcher service that can be vertically scaled.

Having data fetching vertically scaled we will be able to keep up with higher TPS.

[X] PR title corresponds to the body of PR (we generate changelog entries from PRs).
[X] Tests for the changes have been added / updated.
