chore: add link check to GH action #26

What :computer:

Add a github action to check links for 404s
- This only checks internal links

Why :hand:

Ensure we don't provide links to broken pages

I don't know if this will be overly necessary since the build action checks for broken links, but this did manage to find a few improperly formatted links that were broken. Things like images, and a couple urls that somehow managed to sneak by the build check.
