How to install the `zk` tool that is required to set up the zksync-era locally

At https://github.com/matter-labs/zksync-era/blob/main/docs/guides/development.md page it is mentioned to initialized the projet with command zk completion install, but there is no mention on how to install the zk tool itself. It would be very helpful if you can help me figure it out.
