fix: fix log in with a passkey

Description

• Re-implement CBOR decode/encode with native JavaScript to fix logging back into your SSO account with a passkey
• Reduce the fee limit of the NFT Quest's session config from 0.1 ETH to 0.001 ETH. I didn't want to go to 0 because of the UI implications on the Create Session screen
• Removed cbor-web as a dependency in our monorepo
• Update display name format of Auth Server Passkeys from ZK Auth 11/11/2024 to ZK SSO 11/11/2024 01:46 PM

Additional context

I validated this by pointing my local Auth Server to the boojnet smart contracts and pointing my local NFT Quest app to the local Auth Server. I was able to:

1. Create a new account
2. Logout of the account
3. Log back into that account with the Passkey
4. Create a session with this account
5. Mint an NFT
