Support for Lazarillo Maps #192

Hello, I'm developing an accessibility app for audio descriptions of places. I was wondering if you could include the Lazarillo app in map_launcher plugin. Lazarillo is widely used by blind people. That's what it's focused on. So, it would be great if it had this support.
