Bug: Card Property Links Are Broken on Linux Personal Desktop App #2176

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go card
Click on property URL's link icon
No new tab opens in the browser

Expected behavior

When I click on the link icon, I expect the link to open in a browser tab.

Edition: Personal Desktop
Version: v0.12.1
Browser and OS: 5.0.2497.48 (Stable channel) stable (64-bit) on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS

Additional context

This problem exist also in the table view.

I am new to the Open source community. For one of my courses for college, we have to contribute to a project - this seems like an issue that I may be able to help with as well as #2177. Can you assign this to me please? I'll update along the way as I troubleshoot
