Feature Idea: Mattermost username tagging #282

Summary

It would be nice to be able to @ mention someone via their Mattermost username and have it notify them within Mattermost akin to how the GitHub plugin notifies you when mentioned in GitHub.

A future feature could include something like the Recent Mentions tab in Mattermost to see all of your mentions across FocalBoard.

How important this is to me and why

Very important for cross-collaboration Nice-to-have for personal use

Importance: High/Medium/Low

Medium

Use cases:

1. Assigning tasks to users

Thanks @emilyacook! Yes, we would want to support this, in addition to a general User property. Both of these depend on a bunch of infrastructure work first.
