Horizontal scrollbar is hardly usable in Boards / Focalboards #4366

Hello @kelderek and @esethna, Thank you for your great work on the vertical scrollbar issue (https://github.com/mattermost/desktop/issues/1513 and PR: https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-webapp/pull/11292)

I'm wondering if it would be possible to apply the same on the horizontal scrollbar, which is not easy to use in Focalboard?

Adding @wuwinson as this would be his area of ownership. He may want to move this issue to the appropriate repo

Thanks @biva @esethna! Transferring this to the Focalboard repository. cc @asaadmahmood Thoughts on making the horizontal scrollbar in Boards the same width as the new vertical scrollbar in Channels?
