Removed mattermost-plugin folder from the repo as it was not required.

@harshilsharma63, these issues have been resolved as part of this PR: https://github.com/mattermost/focalboard/pull/5031, which is stacked on this PR.

Once they are merged into this PR, these CI tests will be fixed.
