ProcessBotPosts flag doesn't work in 1.4.0 #224

I think the ProcessBotPosts flag is set to false by default (if omitted), but I added it explicitly, restarted the server, and I still see autolinks in bot posts.

Plugin 1.4.0, server 9.5.3.
