feature request: Add End Meeting button #164

Please consider an END MEETING button within the mattermost chat channel.

IMO there is no such things as an "ended meeting" in jits. Rooms are open as long as there is someone in there. What would such button do?

Something which will close the call, and which will remove the "join meeting" button.

Let's take an example with 2 people (A and B):

A start the call B Roger the call (with a real notification, not just like a post, otherwise you don't see the call in channels) Calling... End of call A click on the "End meeting" button, but B doesn't have this button (only the meeting creator can end it) No more "Join meeting" button, and maybe a recap about it.
