failed to set the to address: 550 Sender verify failed #111

Hi everyone,

When I try to set the SMTP config via the Config Console, i got the error message: failed to set the to address: 550 Sender verify failed

I deploy the Mattermost v 7.4.0

any idea to fix that?

pd. the account exists and the login info is correct
