Updated page weight #1343

Adjusting page weights for 2 child pages to surface a new Ongoing OAuth connections page in the navigation pane. (Page weights determine page order in the nav and can't be the same across pages).

The generated preview shows the page as expected. Let's merge the PR to see if prod also shows the page.

@cwarnermm Still seems that it's not showing here https://developers.mattermost.com/integrate/slash-commands. Not sure what could be the issue. Also, it would be odd that the weights would affect only the production docs and not the preview site right? Have there been any similar discrepancies between the production site and preview sites to your knowledge?

@mickmister - Agreed that the page isn't showing up, and that page weight wasn't the issue. I'm stumped by this one. From the repo side, I'm not seeing a clear reason why the page isn't being published. Could be a production environment issue which would require Delivery Team assistance. I've started a thread internally to discuss further.
