Broken URL Clean-up in dev Docs

hi, @cwarnermm. I have scanned the all URLs mentioned over dev docs site. I found many broken links during scan.

Possible Solutions

• Change that specific URL
• Remove broken links from docs
• Rewrite/remove text content where link mentioned.
• Activatate the URL // Set the redirection on that URL

What tool did you use for testing the links?

@cwarnermm I used BLC to scan entire Mattermost API-docs website.

With advance configuration, we also can set up auto scanning in future, using BLC or other open-source tools.
