Mattermost operator CRDs out of date #428

The current version of the CRDs contained in the mattermost-operator chart do not match the latest CRDs in the mattermost-operator repo. In particular, the mattermosts.installations.mattermost.com CR is missing the podExtensions.containerPorts field.
