瀏覽器可登入 但app登入失敗 #7258

同樣的server url,在瀏覽器可正常登入（透過gitlab帳號),但透過app輸入server url connecting ,卻出現訊息：can't log in. You can't log in to your account yet. At least one login option must be configured. Contact your system admin for assistance.

This may be either a problem in the server configuration, or a problem on how we handle that configuration. I would need to see the server configuration to figure out what might be the issue.

If you want, you can contact me at the Mattermost Community server and I can take a look. Hopefully I would just need the server url (as long as it reachable from the internet) to figure out the issue.

The server url is https://im.car-plus.cool/carplus/channels/town-square

The server doesn't seem reachable for me. Maybe it is behind some kind of firewall / vpn?

I use browser and app in the same device. That is the reason I don't think it is effected by firewall/VPN.
