With Mattermost mobile version 2.11.0 from F-droid, it is not possible to join a team from the mobile interface unless the user is already a member of more than one team.

Steps to reproduce
Connect to a server where user is part of only one team
Try to join another team
Notice that the UI does not make this possible: the left sidebar with the list of teams and the '+' button to join another team are not displayed
As a workaround, if the user is added to another team, then a left sidebar will appear and show the list of teams, featuring the '+' button to join more teams
Possible fixes
The left sidebar showing the teams with the '+' button should appear even if the user has joined only one team, or there should be a way to browse teams to join without this sidebar
