Screensharing with audio #575

At the moment you can share your screen, but it would be nice if you could also share your pc audio.

It's an experimental feature. You can enable it (by running /call experimental on) but it comes with some limitations. It works from Chrome browsers only when sharing tabs or on Windows for global system audio.
