LHS toolbar showing when gitlab disconnected #526

When issuing /gitlab disconnect command the LHS toolbar doesn't disappear.

Plugin version: 1.9.1 MM version: 9.11.1 self hosted

@marcusburst Thanks for reporting the issue. This has been already fixed with https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-plugin-gitlab/pull/468. It will be a part of the next release
