Set a better status when in calls - Away doesn't really tell the right story #62

Maybe adding a custom status, something like 🗓️ In a Meeting might be better.

You can set DND as well from the settings, custom status need more work in order to be integrated.

Custom statuses were already requested in #55 so I'm closing this one as duplicate.
