Bump dependencies - Githubissues

Are we targetting appropriate dependency versions, particularly where we are importing bits of Mattermost code/modules?

[ ] Review the Mattermost dependencies we are building on top of and make sure they are suitable versions.
[ ] Review non-MM third party dependencies and make sure they are all up to date to avoid security vulnerabilities etc.
