Editing a legal hold incorrectly states an end date is required #56

Customer report:

When editing an existing legal hold the End Date states it is required, but it actually lets us save without the date. I understand it shouldn’t be required so since it works without a date this is fine, just an odd user experience. This does not occur when creating a net-new Legal Hold.
