The status sync job is running and the status change notification are being received but not the messages that simply state you have an upcoming event. this should be received at the same time when both are enabled.
Same issue on same build on a cloud server rather than my local
Steps:
Login as test user that is connect to MS Calendar account
Crete an event 60 or 90 minutes away
Wait until meeting will start in less than 10 minutes
Watch status sync job run and complete
Expected: Receive an even reminder message as well as a status change notification
Observed Test user only receives status change notification
Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. Are these steps valid? Is there something about this I'm missing such as the reminder only get's delivered if the event was created more recently?
Can you provide any guidance for additional isolation steps?
