@ahmaddanialmohd I cannot reproduce it on my machine. One "weird" thing I see is that the "microsoft error page" shows too big (it is supposed to be just a small pop-up, not also fullscreen). Any behaviour I might be missing?
@DHaussermann I am not sure if you have access to a Mac OS computer to test, in case it is something OS related.
@larkox No, I'm unable to reproduce this on mac OS Catalina with desktop v4.5. I wonder if the desktop logs would contain any useful info?
@larkox @DHaussermann The issue is reproducible on my end when I run Mattermost desktop app in full screen.
It is not reproducible when running it in windowed mode. Can I please check if you tested on that?
@ahmaddanialmohd yes, I did try this in full screen.
Very interesting that this makes a difference for you. Can you confirm if you have Catalina or Mojave. Also does it occur regardless of if Use GPU hardware acceleration
is enabled?
@DHaussermann , this is reproducible regardless of Use GPU Hardware Acceleration
. Also, as of now, the mac OS is Big Sur that Ahmad is using.
