Summary

Adds weekly users sending and receiving state in the site stats. (see https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-plugin-msteams/pull/626)

Currently blocked by https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-plugin-msteams/pull/626 not being merged

So this is the version I have right now:
