Summary

To aid in debugging deployments, let's periodically check the application permissions and log those missing or redundant.

Thanks, @enahum! Security is coordinating with us to do a whole plugin review prior to pre-packaging: as we aren't acting on any of these permissions, I'm hoping we can defer the review of this code. Thoughts @esarafianou?

@lieut-data yes that works considering we'll start the review in the beginning of August
