`Unable to find manifest for extracted plugin` when using `make deploy` #176

I am running into this issue on my machine. Works on my other laptop.

This is occurring with all plugins built on this machine (M1 Mac Max - Ventura 13.2.1).

Runs perfectly fine on Mac with Intel processor (Ventura 13.2.1).

@hanzei Looks like the same issue as https://github.com/mattermost/mattermost-server/issues/22614. A community member is working on the solution :+1:
