Increase message lenght because of AI bots #28243

Where exactly are codes for checking message lenght (I know there is check in frontend textbox but where can I edit the code? for frontend and backend?) I am not limited with databse we are using PGSQL.

I need this for AI chat bots platform where there is much larger messages than 16k of characters.
