the gem 1.4.0 doesnt work with ruby 1.9.1

the gem doesnt install properly, gives issues on the themes to be installed.the proper url for the graph is not generated

I cleaned up the code and I'm planning on a release soon.

1.5.0 passes all specs under 1.9
