Generate Data to DB

[x] Add type column to price_policyes table, allows to distinguish between permanent and temporary policy
[x] Add booking for 2021 september in booking's table
[x] Add an option's table to book options
[x] Set Up US local variable to enum day to db model

Get Policy Price API's

[x] add range date in get_price_policies
[x] add handle_price to calcul new price of rooms
