move gitlab from worker2 to worker1

We have the go to move the gitlab instance from worker2 (2GB or RAM) to worker1 with 8GB of RAM.

Steps :

• [x] shutdown gitlab on worker2
• [x] update ansible
• [x] install gitlab
• [x] create token (put it in vault)
• [x] create users
• [x] update schema
