Drag & Drop to reorder tabs #3

Could we get Drag & Droppable tabs, at least in GUI mode?

If you have an idea of how to implement this, submit a pull request. I think it would be neat.

88e6320835b303fb14955fbf8bcebe2057b94721 fixes this issue, I think.

It currently doesn't give you the visual feedback, but it works quite well.
