Add random element to default nickname #11

AndroUser is registered on NickServ, make default nick include a random number to prevent automatic nick changes

Investigation reveals there is no default nickname in the app, the user must enter a nickname on first use or they will not be able to connect

The error report shows the hostname is using the ident "androirc", the default ident in the app is "SLAndroid", so this is probably being caused by another IRC android app
