on click setting for attachment breaks canonical #45

Setting "Attachment click" to "Nothing" causes an javascript:void(0) link to 
the image and breaks the canonical:
<link rel='canonical' href='javascript:void(0)' />

Fixed in:
r228        
only filter attachment_link while processing attachment image and link on 
attachment page.
