Improve mobile layout #17

The site is now live on Azure (#16). Unfortunately, the responsiveness isn't working as I'd hope - the input elements seem to have scaled to be very small. For example, on iPhone 5, the view looks like this:

The Bulma starter template includes a viewport meta tag. For some reason, this wasn't in my index.html. Adding it sorted this out:
