Worth investigating? We have pretty good telnet support these days, and for the (shh) web stuff I'm planning on making the per-character's buffers more "interesting". We have vestigial telnet GA support in comm.c that needs to be moved to doorman or killed too.

We'd have to see what clients support it (tintin++ maybe?).. but it's an idea!
