Probably a bug with the path in the output of dependency files #19

It seems to identify all files correctly but then the uglify task is missing all those files.

Can you give 0.6.0 a try? I've made a number of fixes and changes based on what we tried the other day over Skype. I'm hoping that these pathing issues are sorted.

This seems to be fixed.
