No app.js file #31

Hi!

Please make the app.js (given via appFile) file optional. If none is given, there's an annoying file "undefined" in the sencha_dependencies_foo list.

@josely Could you give this a go from trunk if possible and let me know if it resolves your issue? If so then I'll update the version numbers and push a new release to NPM.
