Cover things like

Ext - senchadir/ext-debug.js
Ext.panel.Panel - senchadir/SRC/panel/Panel.js
if multiple package name set then use that - e.g. if someone mapped Ext.ux to some dir
if someone sets full class name to map to a file - e.g. App.FooClass = ./app/FooClass.js
trailing slashes work in paths
test when a URL is set as the path
