Alternate Event Scoring #438

In the FM it states the alternate event is a GO/NOGO event and that the time should not be recorded on the scorecard. as such consider displaying "Alt." in either a red or green chicklet to indicated go or no go, and only display the time of the even when clicking on the detail page.
