Will allow us to add an EVSE-side plug button to the dashboard in the future

Hi @BradleyNeild, thanks for the contribution! This looks great. When the MicroOCPP has the built-in API for the EVSE-side plug I will integrate it. For now, this hopefully works to make the GUI happy.
