Mike:
Site looking really good mate - couple of bits. When you're in a filtered view like: https://streetgarms.co.uk/collections/sweatshirts?filter.p.vendor=Stone+Island when you hit back it takes the URL back but doesn't actually load the unfiltered page
I like the way End handle their faceted nav - you can easily add and remove filters
Would be useful for when the SKU counts incease
makes naav super easy
if I'm looking for sales bargains by brand or size
Also some kind of FAQ around the quality / condition - less technical more content focused - what does fantastic mean vs. Good for example?
Branding
Personally, I don't like the branding. The brands involved are very “street”, but the splashes and logo feel a little cheap the splashes look like the current X/twitter branding - i would avoid that the colours don't hit for the type of store it is. the fonts i like
Content
I've had a look across some product descriptions and I've seen: Great, Like New, Fantastic. What’s the difference? I feel like these should be explained somewhere. Unsure if this is an official grading system that all upcycled stores used, but might be something to pop in an FAQ page. No FAQ page. Basic homepage page title. Is this just a men’s clothing site? No links to socials Product sizes on Galaxy Fold really obscure products. Also, the checkout logo is obscured, slightly. I wouldn’t worry too much though because no one owns a fucking Galaxy Fold.
In the image below, the text is hard to distinguish from the background at points. I’d check whether any of it affects affects people who have difficulty with colour blindness.
Get Responsible design
i love this. it's plain and unjarring. similar to ASOS. more detail about the clothes grading, more information on returns, how to contact, shipping info i just think it adds trust
