Fisher stops when equipping new bait #21

Doesn't seem to be every time. Also could be due to the bait being in the wardrobe. Character that I'm seeing this on has both rod and bait in Wardrobe 1.

Test 1 (pass): After catching a fish Gugrusaurus with 1 meatball left, new bait was equipped and fishing continued. Test 2 (fail): After releasing an unwanted fish with 1 meatball left, new bait was equipped and the fisher stopped.
