Fisher not loading fish box until Start is clicked. #27

User describes the following case:

User:

I have right now a very reproducible test case for the Ioc issue I mentioned a while back: My char is in Qufim, south shores I open Iocaine. I have Ebisu+1 and Minnow equiped the catch box will only show "catch all / all except" bait window is ok online status = ON as soon as I start fishing, the catch box fills up

Me:

so at no point is the status OFF/red light?

User:

no

Me:

And you open Iocaine after being in the zone already? Or Iocaine is open, then you zone into Qufim?

User:

im already in zone
