Footers no work #44

In the test templates, there are templates that have datetime / footer / slide-number fields, but these do not appear in the output. Are they just ignored?

I don't use footers, so I haven't looked into this. Would love to support someone else who has the desires to patch, but this is an itch that isn't high on my priorities right now.
