Item Based Killing #32

The current iteration of assassins is designed around killing targets by shooting them (usually with silly string). This is great for large games with lots of players who don't know each other, but not quite as good for smaller games or games where most of the players know each other well.

An alternative is a version where you have to give your target an item to kill them. Each player will have to give their target a different item to keep it interesting. This can be expanded to be based on group types. An example is High school students could have to give each other various school supplies while a 21+ crowd could have to give their target a drink.

Protip from jared: allow the admins to assign items to users to kill them.
