Create a backend schema based on csv Jon sql or other. Load said schema with real data. Creat http route. Render and HTML table or other cool hipster JS table lib.

Think it's important for our next demo we focus on Detroit rules. Also put them in Json or SQL format to return row of table matching location and top two most likely fish or something like that for the submission results page.
