So I'm not 100% happy with this, but it is a start.

Still todo: fix the layout for the fish once it has been ID'd

Putting this PR for discussion/feedback/suggestions. I am not tied to anything I've done here so feel free to tear it apart.

One thing I would like is the icons to scale less weird, but I'm not a bootstrap expert so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

We'll research this more. Think compared to the other teams. A working proto type that didn't look web 1 was maybe our biggest thing. Everyone else was bit behind on that.

Going to merge once I upload my big backend to sql refactor tonight.

yeah a lot of what I was shooting for was everything fitting nicer on the phone although I have zero feel what will happen when I change web params
